What We Help With
Reservations go beyond just booking a ticket. Our advisors can hold fares, confirm itineraries, build multi-leg trips, reserve specific seats at the time of booking, and coordinate special requests with the airline — all on a single call.
Reservation Services Offered
- New Reservations — One-way, round-trip, and multi-city itineraries
- Fare Holds — Where supported by the airline, we'll place a temporary hold so you can decide
- Group Reservations — Dedicated group-desk handling for parties of 10 or more
- Corporate & Business Travel — Flexible fares, refundable options, and billing support
- Family Reservations — Seat-together assistance and child travel arrangements
- Special Assistance — Wheelchair, dietary, and accessibility requests added to your PNR
- Itinerary Confirmation — Verify and reissue existing PNRs if you've lost your confirmation
Step-by-Step: Making a Reservation
- Call (888) 813-0226 and speak to a live advisor.
- Share your route, dates, passenger count, and preferred cabin.
- Our advisor pulls live availability across multiple airlines.
- We read back fare options, times, and the complete total cost.
- You approve, we collect payment on a secure line, and we issue your confirmation.
- You receive a PNR (reservation code) and a full itinerary by email.
Managing an Existing Reservation
Already have a booking — whether through Purple Tours, another agency, or directly with the airline? Call us with your PNR / confirmation number and we can help you:
- Review the current itinerary and rules (refundable, changeable, etc.)
- Add frequent-flyer numbers, TSA PreCheck/Known Traveler Numbers, or special requests
- Select or change seats where the fare allows
- Add baggage, priority boarding, or lounge access
- Update passenger contact information
Important Reservation Notes
Fare rules, change/cancel conditions, and seat availability are set by each airline and may change without notice. Some reservations (e.g., deeply discounted fares or award bookings) have restrictions we'll clearly explain before you confirm.
